Performance Audits and Remediation. We can audit one or more aspects of your operation, identify what is working and what is not, recommend solutions and assist in executing them, including developing and implementing new systems and procedures.
Turnarounds, Restructurings and Transitions. NBT Executives are expert in helping troubled businesses survive the “crisis,” restructure funding and operations and prosper going forward. We are also effective in guiding companies through transitions.
Interim Executive Assistance. Our Professionals can “fill holes” in your senior staff and take over one or more functional areas during a transition. We are seasoned veterans who can be there tomorrow. We can also help you find the permanent executive you need.
